Nursing care and all treatments are only performed as prescribed and instructed by a licensed veterinarian.

Extra fees will apply on the following holidays: New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

Cancellation Policy: I understand life can be unpredictable and schedules often change. With the exception of holiday periods, cancellations may be made up to 24 hours in advance of the first scheduled visit with no cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours notice are due in full. Cancellations during holiday periods may be made up to 7 days in advance of the first scheduled visit. After that period a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation is due. Cancellations made less than 48 hours are due in full. No credits for visits cancelled due to clients returning home early without notice.

Erin has always provided excellent care for our two kitties Shasta and Tula when we are out of town. The cats are so relaxed and happy when we get back, which has put our minds at ease. Tula also has a medical condition that requires her to take oral medication twice a day. Erin always makes sure to administer it in a comforting way, which is especially important because Tula scares easily. We also trust Erin to monitor Tula for new symptoms because of her medical background. Erin is easy to communicate with and we are so happy to have found her.
