I’ve been working with Erin for 4 years now. I interviewed many caretakers to look after my two young cats. There was something different about Erin that stood out from the moment I met her. She’s a professional through and through. Her experience and expertise helped me get through one of the most difficult situations I’ve experienced which was losing my kitten when she was barely 2 years old. Nina was such a special kitten and was diagnosed with a terminal neurological disorder at about 9 months, but had so much love and fight within her throughout her battle. Erin was my savior. Honestly. I could not have done it without her. Erin was there for Nina when she had a stroke while I was out of town and rushed Nina to the ER and kept me posted every step of the way. The love was mutual. Nina adored Erin and their time together. 

Once Nina was gone, I had to work on taming my very wild second cat, Indy. He was very aggressive with Nina while she was sick and required a ton of attention after she was gone. I had a hard time bonding with Indy post-Nina and decided to keep the weekly visits with Erin to see if she could help calm him. Cut to today and we’re thick as thieves. Erin still visits Indy once a week and visits him whenever I’m out of town. I really wouldn’t ever want to call anyone else to look after my beloved little wild child. I trust Erin implicitly and she’s also a lot of fun to work with and super easy going.

Erin was a godsend at a really difficult and stressful time. After our cat, Katrina, was diagnosed with advanced kidney disease and sent home with a life expectancy of only a few days, Erin helped guide us through the options, made the right recommendations, and, along with our veterinarian, extended the time we had left with her (with full quality of life intact) for two and a half years. During that time, Erin’s professionalism, care and devotion to Katrina gave me complete trust that we were leaving our pet and our house in capable hands when we needed to be away.

Erin has always provided excellent care for our two kitties, Shasta and Tula, when we are out of town. The cats are so relaxed and happy when we get back, which has put our minds at ease. Tula also has a medical condition that requires her to take oral medication twice a day. Erin always makes sure to administer it in a comforting way, which is especially important because Tula scares easily. We also trust Erin to monitor Tula for new symptoms because of her medical background. Erin is easy to communicate with and we are so happy to have found her.

Erin has been our trusted cat sitter for many years now. She is absolutely amazing and thanks to her we are at ease when on vacation even when we are completely off the grid. She is super flexible, extremely reliable and most importantly, our 3 kitties are obsessed with her. Whenever we decide – even on very short notice – to go out of town, we send her a text and within hours, we have a confirmation. She is genuinely excited to see our cats. Erin’s knowledge as a veterinary tech sets her further apart; She is skilled in assessing the health of an animal and administering medications if needed. We remember this one time when we almost canceled a trip because our cat was old, needing daily medication and not doing so well. Erin came by to discuss with us. She felt comfortable watching him and promised us to keep a very close I on him and give him everything he needed – and she did! Erin is a true professional and a great pleasure to work with. She is easy going while providing the highest level of cat sitting service.

Erin has been taking care of our cat, Uni, for 10+ years. She is a caring and skilled caretaker and treats our girl like her own. Erin is also super organized answering any questions and responding to every message.  We feel so lucky to work with her. She sent us this picture of Uni while we were on vacation.
